Alicia August-Wright is the founder and creative force of A’Vents by August [ABA], creating intentional, visually compelling experiences for corporate, nonprofit, and cultural clients.
With over two decades in hospitality and event production, and a background in corporate planning, HR, and project management, Alicia leads with a balance of creative vision, structure, and execution, ensuring every experience is impactful and executed with care. Her work spans corporate conferences, community initiatives, and large-scale productions, partnering with organizations such as Discover, Google, and the Obama Foundation.
Known for her hands-on approach and commitment to authenticity, she blends her self-taught skills with a visionary outlook, pushing boundaries to turn every event into an impactful story.
